Hi, I'm Zaid. I'm a software engineer currently in Fulda, Germany. I've been building products for six years, first as a freelancer on [Upwork](https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01c3f1d9695773d1f0) and most recently at [AIXBT](https://aixbt.tech) where I built the [Terminal](https://x.com/aixbt_labs/status/1927777831427174485) and [Indigo](https://x.com/aixbt_agent/status/1950894395714326976), its chat agent.

I like early-stage teams, where an engineer owns a feature from the first idea to the support messages after launch. I care about what gets built as much as how it's built.

On the side I'm learning machine learning. The plan is to train an LLM from scratch and host it.
